Chili Crisp Roasted Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken cut into pieces (legs, breasts cut in half, thighs, drumsticks, wings)
- ½ cup softened Butter (1 stick)
- 6 Tbs Chili Crisp, plus more for eating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Wash and dry Chicken pieces and place on cooking sheet
- Mix together Butter and Chili Crisp
- Slather Chicken pieces with Chili Crisp and Butter mixture
- Cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until juice from puncture into thickest parts of thigh or breast or drumstick runs clear and skin is crisp
- Serve with additional Chili Crisp to spoon onto Chicken meat
