Za’atar Chickpea Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • Salad - 2 15 oz. Cans of Chickpeas (well-drained)
  • 2-3 large ribs of Celery (diced)
  • 2-3 Scallions (sliced)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (fresh is preferable)
  • Dressing - ½ cup Olive Oil (extra virgin is preferable)
  • ½ cup Tahini
  • ½ Tsp Fresh Garlic (grated)
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Za’atar

Instructions

  • Mix salad and dressing separately
  • Combine thoroughly
