Za’atar Chickpea Salad Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- Salad - 2 15 oz. Cans of Chickpeas (well-drained)
- 2-3 large ribs of Celery (diced)
- 2-3 Scallions (sliced)
- 2 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan (fresh is preferable)
- Dressing - ½ cup Olive Oil (extra virgin is preferable)
- ½ cup Tahini
- ½ Tsp Fresh Garlic (grated)
- ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Za’atar
Instructions
- Mix salad and dressing separately
- Combine thoroughly
- Enjoy!
