Tingly Pan-Fried Wide Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (or more) of wide rice noodles or whatever wide pasta noodles you can find or have in your pantry already
  • 3 Tbs Sesame Oil (or more)
  • 4 Tbs Chili Crisp (or more)
  • Protein of your choice if desired
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat wok or large pan until it’s very hot
  • Pour Sesame Oil into wok or pan
  • IMMEDIATELY put noodles or pasta into wok or pan
  • Add Chili Crisp and stir to incorporate evenly
  • Cook until rice noodles or pasta noodles are slightly brown and slightly crispy (5-7 minutes)
  • Add more Chili Crisp, protein, and/or sesame seeds if desired
  • Serve and enjoy!
