Tingly Pan-Fried Wide Noodles

The perfect answer for what to do with leftover pasta or noodles (or even fresh!).
Tingly Pan-Fried Wide Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups (or more) of wide rice noodles or whatever wide pasta noodles you can find or have in your pantry already
- 3 Tbs Sesame Oil (or more)
- 4 Tbs Chili Crisp (or more)
- Protein of your choice if desired
- Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat wok or large pan until it’s very hot
- Pour Sesame Oil into wok or pan
- IMMEDIATELY put noodles or pasta into wok or pan
- Add Chili Crisp and stir to incorporate evenly
- Cook until rice noodles or pasta noodles are slightly brown and slightly crispy (5-7 minutes)
- Add more Chili Crisp, protein, and/or sesame seeds if desired
- Serve and enjoy!
