Cheeseburger Mac N’ Cheese Casserole

If two of your favorite foods are Cheeseburgers and Macaroni and Cheese, this quick and easy casserole is guaranteed to satisfy.

 

Cheeseburger Mac N’ Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box Mac N Cheese
  • 1 ½ lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 cup minced Onion
  • ½ cup Spicy Catsup
  • 2 cups lightly crushed Potato Chips
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 370
  • Prepare Mac N Cheese per instructions on box
  • Brown Ground Beef and Onion in large pan that can also hold prepared Mac N Cheese
  • Take off heat and add Mac N Cheese to meat mixture and stir
  • Add Spicy Catsup and stir
  • Pour mixture into casserole pan
  • Mix together Cheddar and Potato Chips and sprinkle over top
  • Put in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until Cheese is melted and Potato Chips have browned.
