Snackable Za’atar Roasted Chickpeas

Snackable Za’atar Roasted Chickpeas Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. Can Chickpeas (drained)
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tbs Za’atar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Drain Chickpeas and blot on paper towels (the dryer they are, the crunchier they will be)
- Toss the dry Chickpeas in a bowl with Olive Oil and then add Salt and toss again
- Spread out in one layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, keeping an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn
- Remove from oven and toss with Za’atar and Eat Up!
