Snackable Za’atar Roasted Chickpeas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. Can Chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs Za’atar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Drain Chickpeas and blot on paper towels (the dryer they are, the crunchier they will be)
  • Toss the dry Chickpeas in a bowl with Olive Oil and then add Salt and toss again
  • Spread out in one layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, keeping an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn
  • Remove from oven and toss with Za’atar and Eat Up!
